ERCA-approved training courses are developed and delivered in accordance with defined training criteria.

Course approval covers key elements such as:

 

learning objectives,

course content,

duration,

tutor competence,

training methodology,

learning materials,

final course examination.

The availability and schedule of individual courses are provided directly by the relevant ERCA Training Center.

 

Training and Personnel Certification

Completion of an ERCA-approved training course fulfils the applicable training requirement but does not automatically result in personnel certification.

Personnel certification may require additional education, professional experience, audit experience, competence assessment or certification examination depending on the certification scheme and grade.
