Risk analysis:

Wir beginnen nicht mit der Beurteilung der formalen Erfüllung von Vorschriften, sondern analysieren insbesondere die konkrete Situation mit der Vorstellung, was passieren kann (Identifizierung von Risiken) und welches die realen Risiken für Leib und Leben der Mitarbeiter sind, und zwar aus Sicht der Möglichkeit eines Unfalls und auch aus Sicht des langfristigen Einflusses auf die Gesundheit. Hier spielt die praktische Erfahrung der Auditoren die größte Rolle.

Risk management:

Wir beurteilen, ob die durch ein Unternehmen eingeführten Maßnahmen Risiken eliminieren oder ausreichend senken. Hier kommt die Erfahrung des Auditors im systemhaften Ansatz zur Geltung.

Legislative:

Wir vergleichen, ob die Sicherheitspolitik und die Steuerungsprozesse die legislativen Anforderungen einbeziehen, ob im Unternehmen die Entwicklung der Legislative und die anschließende Anwendung verfolgt werden.

5.4 Training, awareness, profesional qualifications.

If you improved your employees´ on the any act regarding the production or others activities, you couldn´t forget to join the part releated with the safety attitude. You gain the higer attention of employeess, better understanding, less statements and time. Our opinion is the training should be consider as esential thing as well as gained knowledge than the perfect description in the control documentations.

5.5 Comunication.

Aim your attention on the safety field not only your employees and the work-place but your external workers, suppliers, customers and their work-place too. This sollution could be done just with perfect comunications.

5.6 Monitoring and measuring.

This is the least popular element, but you should know its proper and informal application you reach lees costs when you won´t be able to carry out a lots of anylysis. In bigger companies we place emphasis on the monitoring desk control systém which means a little bit higer costs.

OHSAS is the standart with its implementation the company is able to manage the labour protection actively without random accident in accordence to preventive disposal, internal audit , monitoring work-place and gained analysis records. In addition this system introduces the active monitoring of the legislation development and technology progress.State supervisoin does the state audit as well as just evaluates safety conditions according to safety rules in particular period. By the control system implementation in accordance to the OHSAS 18001 standart you set a prevention against the random absence during the state supervision.

The most commonly used combination of an integrated management system. A very similar structure of all standards can plan, monitor and make changes to processes simultaneously in order to meet all requirements.

The ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certification standards expire on September 15, 2018. Certificates and certification logos of these standards can not be used Since this date . LL-C offers a new accredited ISO 9001: 2015 or 14001: 2015 certification.
