Sie wird die aus Marketingsicht bekannteste Norm und auch die am meisten angewendete. Weltweit wurden über 1 000 000 Zertifikate ausgestellt. Was steht hinter diesem Erfolg? Wahrscheinlich eine gewisse Einfachheit und Universalität wie auch deren Erschwinglichkeit für mittlere und kleine Unternehmen. Sicherlich auch ihre Anwendbarkeit für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche im Rahmen der Fertigung wie auch von Dienstleistungen.

Für den besten Ansatz halten wir, so viele Aufzeichnungen wie möglich anzufertigen, da sie für Entscheidungen im Management äußerst wichtig sind – je mehr, umso besser, aber dies nur unter der Voraussetzung, dass Sie mit den Aufzeichnungen Ihre Mitarbeiter nicht extrem belasten. Gehen Sie von dem Grundsatz aus, dass Aufzeichnungen automatisch gemacht werden sollten, und wenn Ihnen dabei keine Software hilft, versuchen Sie, vorhandene Formulare und auch gegenwärtige Gewohnheiten zu nutzen.

Anforderungen der Norm und Ihre Gewohnheiten:

Wenn Ihr Unternehmen technologische Verfahren anwendet, die Ihnen einen Vorsprung vor der Konkurrenz oder eine deutliche Kosteneinsparung garantieren, ändern Sie diese nicht. Keine „Anforderung der Norm” kann revolutionär das ändern, was gut funktioniert.
