LL-C (Certification) prevé exámenes de soldadores y operadores de soldadura con sujeción a la autorización de CWS ANB (Sociedad de soldadura checa autorizada por el organismo nacional). Los examinadores tienen cualificación profesional adecuada en base a su educación (IWE, EWE), muchos años de experiencia en el campo y cartas validadas de nombramiento emitidas por el CWS ANB. Las autorizaciones expedidas y certificados de exámenes de soldadura son válidos en todo el mundo.

LL-C (Certification) Czech republic s.r.o., does its best to respond to the current topics within certification in accordance with European standards, national standards, or assessment of conformity and putting products on the European market. Workshops are further intended for specialised issues coming into existence within manufacturing process, logistics, health care or other fields, on the basis of which we try to find optimum solutions. These issues may be discussed and dealt with openly within workshops held in the course of a year.

WPQR

LL-C (Certification) provides for issuance of accredited certifications of approval of Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR). The requested certifications are issued after the completion of tests in accredited testing laboratories within short periods of time. We are capable of performing most of the tests within 2 working days after the samples are received and results of the tests are communicated to the clients immediately after the test is completed. Under usual circumstances reports about the completed tests are sent electronically within one working day after the test completion.

ISO 3834 & EN 1090

The growth of the applicability of steel structures in construction increases the demand not only quality but also on the safety performance of welding work. Construction industry (steel building structures, bridge structures, etc.) is an area where manufacturers face significant demands on safety and quality of welded joints, which is necessary to declare the quality management system certification in welding processes according to ISO 3834:2005 & EN 1090:2007.
